Gates are rated to ±20V, typical threshold voltages are ~3.5V, and can be comfortably driven with 8 – 15V supplies. iDEAL will also offer logic-level MOSFETs with lower threshold voltages that can be driven from 4.5V – 6V rails. Lastly, though SuperQ MOSFETs inherently switch very fast, they can also accommodate negative gate turn-off voltages.
