iDEAL Semiconductor has formally launched its SuperQ power MOSFET platform into full production, introducing an innovative technology in silicon-based power electronics. The Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania−based company announced the availability of 150-V and 200-V MOSFETs that improve the performance of conventional silicon designs and rival even wide-bandgap (WBG) materials in key performance areas.
