iDEAL Semiconductor’s SuperQ technology has entered full production, with the first products being 150-V MOSFETs. In addition, a family of 200-V MOSFETs is sampling, while 250-V to 400-V MOSFETs are coming soon.
According to iDEAL Semiconductor, the SuperQ architecture delivers unmatched performance and efficiency in silicon power devices, breaking through silicon’s fundamental switching and conduction barriers. It almost doubles the n-conduction region (with up to 95% conduction path utilization) and reduces switching losses by up to 2.1x versus competing devices, says the vendor.
