15+ years Sales Experience with 5 or more years selling Power Semiconductor products
Proven track record of achieving Company Sales Revenue Goals and Company Goals at Industrial (motor drive), Power Supply and Automotive Customers
Ability to sell on the Value Proposition and not pricing
Experience working with Customers ODM’s and CM’s in conjunction with Sales Team members in Asia and/or EMEA depending upon where the product is manufactured
Proven track record managing Sales Representatives & Distributors and achieving “an unfair” share of mind and results with their teams
Ability to attract and sign-on Tier 1 Distributors and top performing Sales Representatives
Solid Mix of technical and business skills
Team player is a must
Resides within commuting distance of Bethlehem, PA company headquarters a plus
