The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Americas Sales to lead and scale our commercial organization across the region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, and building a high-performance sales culture aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in semiconductor or power electronics sales, with a proven ability to lead distributed teams, drive design wins, and execute in complex, technically driven markets.
This role reports to the Vice President of Global Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Leadership and Strategy

- Own and deliver revenue growth across the Americas region
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to support near-term targets and long-term growth
- Drive forecasting accuracy and disciplined pipeline management
- Customer & Market Engagement

- Build executive-level relationships with key OEMs, strategic accounts, and ecosystem partners
- Personally engage in high-impact opportunities and strategic design wins
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and executive forums
- Design Win & Application Focus

- Drive a design-in and design-win culture across the organization
- Ensure strong alignment between sales and applications teams to support customer success
- Focus on high-growth applications such as industrial, eMobility, data center power, AI infrastructure, and robotics
- Team Leadership & Organizational Development

- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Regional Sales Managers, Field Applications Engineers, and channel partners
- Establish clear performance metrics, accountability, and a culture of execution
- Recruit, develop, and retain top commercial talent across the region
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with product marketing, engineering, and operations to align on customer needs and product strategy
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing input on roadmap, pricing, and positioning
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years Sales Experience with 5 or more years selling Power Semiconductor products
- Proven track record of achieving Company Sales Revenue Goals and Company Goals at Industrial (motor drive), Power Supply, and Automotive Customers
- Ability to sell on the Value Proposition and not on pricing
- Experience working with Customers ODM’s and CM’s in conjunction with Sales Team members in Asia and/or EMEA, depending upon where the product is manufactured
- Proven track record managing Sales Representatives & Distributors and achieving “an unfair” share of mind and results with their teams
- Ability to attract and sign on Tier 1 Distributors and top-performing Sales Representatives
- Solid Mix of technical and business skills
- Team player is a must
- Resides within commuting distance of Bethlehem, PA company headquarters a plus
- BSEE or MSEE and MBA
