The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth across the region. This role is responsible for driving design wins, expanding key customer relationships, and executing a focused go-to-market strategy in one of Europe’s most technically advanced and competitive markets.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in power electronics or semiconductor sales, combined with a deep understanding of how to navigate complex customer organizations—from engineering teams through procurement and executive stakeholders.
This role reports to the EMEA Sales Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth and Account Development

- Own and grow revenue across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with OEMs and key accounts
- Build and execute account plans focused on long-term design wins and revenue expansion
- Customer Engagement & Design Win Strategy

- Drive design-in and design-win activity at target customers in key applications such as industrial, eMobility, data center power, and robotics
- Engage directly with engineering teams to position solutions and influence architecture decisions
- Work closely with Field Applications Engineers and Factory Applications Engineers to support technical evaluations and customer design cycles
- Channel & Distribution Management

- Manage and grow relationships with regional distributors and sales partners
- Align channel strategy with direct sales efforts to maximize coverage and efficiency
- Support joint account planning and pipeline development with distribution partners
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

- Provide insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements within the region
- Feed customer and application insights back to product management and marketing teams
- Help shape regional go-to-market strategies and campaign focus areas
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Engineering teams, product marketing, and global sales to ensure alignment on key opportunities
- Support customer visits, technical workshops, and industry events
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years Sales Experience with 5 or more years selling Power Semiconductor products
- Experience in Discrete Silicon Power MOSFETs or other Discrete Power MOSFETs is important
- Proven track record of achieving Company Sales Revenue Goals and Company Goals at Industrial (motor drive), Power Supply, and Automotive Customers
- Ability to sell on the Value Proposition and not on pricing
- Experience working with a US-based company and able to work remotely
- Proven track record managing Sales Representatives and Distributors in support of Design-In and Design-Win at customers in this territory
- Ability to attract and sign on top Tier Distributors and top-performing Sales Representatives
- Proven track record of achieving an “Unfair Share of business” versus competition
- Solid Mix of technical and business skills
- Team player a must
- BSEE or MSEE and/or Proven industry track record in selling Discrete Power MOSFETs
